FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

How does the Game On! Employee Perks Program work?

All eligible employees will be given 4 credits at the beginning of the calendar year (or at their hire date).  Each credit is good for 1 game SKU (1 title on 1 platform) only. (LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack requires the use of 2 game credits). The employee can redeem their “credit(s)” at any given time throughout the calendar year.  Any unused credits as of December 31st will not be carried over to the following year and will be forfeited.

 

Who is eligible to participate in the program?

All active, regular employees of WB Games and WB Interactive Entertainment in the United States are eligible to participate.  Temporary employees, freelancers and independent contractors are not eligible to participate in the program.

 

How many games am I eligible for if I was hired in the middle of the year?

How many titles am I allowed to redeem per year?

You are given 4 free game credits at the beginning of the calendar year.  Each credit is good for 1 game SKU (1 title on 1 platform) so you may redeem up to 4 games SKUs a calendar year.  (LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack requires the use of 2 game credits).  You can redeem them all at once or over the course of the year.

 

How soon will I receive my game?

Please allow 5 – 10 business days to receive your shipment for in-stock items.  The fulfillment company will do their best to ship all in-stock orders as they are received.  All orders will be shipped standard ground delivery; expedited shipping and weekend delivery are not available.  

 

What if the item I selected is discontinued or out-of-stock?

 If an item you ordered is discontinued you would need to contact your local HR representative to select another item.  A replacement item will be processed manually for you by the HR representative.   DO NOT attempt to select the replacement item through the Game On! website as it will use up another credit, or, if you’ve already used up your all your credits, it will not allow you to select the replacement item.   If your order contains out-of-stock items, those items will be backordered.

 

 

Can I place an order for titles that are not yet released?

Yes.  Usually, one month in advance of a title’s release date, the title will show up on the Game On! website. You can place an order for a future release as soon as it shows up on the Game On! website, however, the title will not be processed and shipped until the product’s release date.

 

Why can’t I find every title that Warner Bros. makes in the Game On! website?

There are a variety of reasons why a title may be missing.  The most common reasons are:

  • Some of our studios make games for other publishers.  The Game On! Websites only shows games that WBIE has the right to distribute in the United States.
  • We sometimes have different distribution rights in different countries.  For example, we may have the right to distribute a game in Italy, but not in the US.  The Game On! Websites only shows games that WBIE has the right to distribute in the United States.
  • The title may be currently out-of-stock or discontinued.

 

What if I don’t use all my credits in a calendar year? Do they carry over?

No, the credits do not carryover.  If you do not use them by the end of the calendar year, you forfeit your unused credits. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order at anytime?

Once you submit your order, no changes or cancellations can be made.  Please make your selections carefully.

 

Where is my game going to be shipped?

You must enter the address where you want your games shipped.  Addresses cannot be changed after you submit your order, so please verify your shipping address is correct.

 

What if my address changes after I submitted my order?

Once orders are submitted, shipping addresses cannot be changed.  If you subsequently move or change addresses before you receive your games, you must make your own arrangements to retrieve your package. 

 

Can I ship my game to my work location?

Because of the volume of mail and packages that go through some of the studios, you must secure permission from your HR representative to ship your games to the office.

 

Can I return a title/game?

No, once you place an order for the title, you cannot return it unless it is defective. 

 

What if my game is defective?

If your game is defective, please contact your local HR representative so they can coordinate sending you a replacement of the same game SKU.

 

Can I select the same game more than once?

No, you cannot select the same game on the same platform more than once.  You, may, however order the same game on a different platform (e.g PS3 and DS) if it is available on multiple platforms.

 

Why are some game titles grayed out?

You are only allowed to select an individual game SKU once. This means if you previously ordered Mortal Kombat in 2015 on PS3, you can’t order it again.  Once you have ordered a game SKU the Game On! website will show that title grayed out.

 

What if I leave the company before I use up all my credits?

If you leave the company, any unused credits will be forfeited.  You must be an active employee to participate in the program.

 

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password or need to reset it, simply click on “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password. 

 

Can other employees of Warner Bros. participate in the Game On! Employee Perks Program?

This program is exclusively available to regular employees of WBIE or one of the WB Games studios in the US.
